HOW TO BUILD SELF-CONFIDENCE?

 

I think every person in the world had some problems with self-confidence in some stage of their lives.

The good news is that you can change it easily. It is not gonna happen over the night, it’s step by step process but not impossible.

When you want to change something in your life you have to start with yourself. When you change yourself everything change. Obviously because of some reasons you are not achieving what you want so that is a sign that old ways are not gonna open a new door. I know that we all like to be in our comfort zone, I was there once, but you can’t expect something is gonna come to you without taking actions to achieve it.

 

  1. ADMIT TO YOURSELF THAT YOU DON’T HAVE CONFIDENCE – First and the most important step. It’s kind of hard to admit it but it’s the best option for you. You are not alone, many people are struggling with the same problem. And, no, it’s not embarrassing, embarrassing is not to want to improve your life. This is not “no exit” situation, there is a light at the end of the tunnel, always.
  2. THINK POSITIVE – What a miraculous thing is to be you. You are unique. No one who has ever lived or is it to come has had your combination of abilities, talents, and opportunities. Start believing in that and stop comparing yourself with others. What are you really comparing? There is nothing to compare.
  3. ENCOURAGE YOURSELF – It seems so hard at the beginning but the first step is the most important step. At least you can try. On the internet you have millions of videos on how to achieve self-confidence and your goals, you have many inspirational stories and motivational books, (my favorite), which can boost your confidence. You can even write a diary where you are gonna encourage yourself to do what you want. You can train your brain on the way you want if you want.

KAKO IZGRADITI SAMOPOUZDANJE?

 

Mislim da je svaka osoba na ovom svijetu imala problema sa samoouzdanjem u nekom periodu zivota.

Dobra vijest je da se to moze lako promjeniti. Promjena se nece dogoditi preko noci, to je korak po korak proces ali nije nemoguc.

Ako zelite promjeniti nesto u svom zivotu onda morate zapoceti sa samim sobom. Kada se promjene vasi pogledi na zivot, sve se promjeni. Ocito zbog nekih razloga ne ostvarujete ono sto zelite I to je znak da stari nacini nece otvoriti nova vrata. Ja znam da svi mi volimo svoju zonu komfora, I ja sam ju jednom davno jako volila ali ne mozete ocekivati da ce se nesto promjeniti ako ne poduzimate nikakve akcije da bi dosegli nove razine u svom zivotu.

 

  1. PRIZNAJTE SI DA NEMATE SAMOPOUZDANJE – Prvi I najvazniji korak. Nekako si je to jako tesko priznati ali je najbolje sto mozemo uciniti. Niste sami, mnogi ljudi se bore sa istim izazovom. I nije sramotno, sramotno je ne zeljeti poboljsati kvalitetu svoga zivota. To nije bezizlazna situacija, moguce ju je promjeniti uz malo truda jer na kraju svakoga tunela se nalazi svjetlo. Uvijek.
  2. MISLITE POZITIVNO – Kako je cudesno biti ti. ti si unikat. Nitko tko je ikada zivio ili ce tek zivjeti nije posjedovao vase mogucnosti, talente I prilike. Pocnite vjerovati da ste unikatni jer zaista jeste I prestanite se usporedivati sa drugima jer se zapravo nema sto usporediti.
  3. OHRABRITE SE – Sve ovo se cini tako tesko u pocetku I vjerovatno cete, kao I ja, pruzati otpore promjenama. No, ipak mozete makar pokusati. Internet je prepun divnih I motivacijskih videa koje sam znala slusati satima, a slusam ih I danas. Postoji toliko divnih knjiga koje su napisali ljudi koji su obicni I isti kao I vi samo su preuzeli kontrolu nad vlastitim zivotima I zele vam pokazati kako to uciniti, ako zelite. Mozete pisati svoj dnevnik u kojem cete ohrabrivati samoga sebe da radite ono sto volite, mozete raditi toliko razlicitih stvari jer nam je mnogo njih dostupno besplatno.
